I thought the Aria was a wonderful hotel and the front desk personnel were so helpful. However our Amazon fire was stolen out of our bag while it was with the bellman. It is very difficult to contact them to report it so I just thought I would issue a warning to put a lock on your bag if you have any expense items in them.

It's unfortunate that I am writing this review. However, our stay at the Aria was disappointing and gross. We booked 2 nights at the Aria. One at the start of our trip after we arrived in Vegas and before we headed out to the Zion for a couple of days. Another at the end of our trip to enjoy another day in Vegas. Our first night was fine. The rooms are dated, but the staff was pleasant and the location is solid. When we checked back in for our second night, we got a room on the 3rd floor that looked out onto vents so the view wasn't great. And the bedside lamp shades were totally askew like someone had a rager before. But what was really unfortunate is the bathtub in our room was not clean. There were tiny black hairs in the tub - see photo. Eww. I called the front desk who said they'd send housekeeping right away to clean it. And provide $100 of food and beverage credit to use on the property. We went out for a walk and dinner. 3 hours later, we came back to the same disgusting tub. We also realized our bedside lamps were not working. I called again and the front desk transferred me to housekeeping who said they'd expedite someone to the room to clean. Rather than putting on our PJs and relaxing, we waited in our normal clothes with little light for someone to come for an hour. After an hour of waiting (4+ hours from our original call), I called again and they didn't know what was happening. They said they'd request housekeeping management come and facilities to check out our lighting. Housekeeping management came right away but said it would take him some time to get someone to come down and clean our bathroom. At this point, I'm tired and frustrated and just want to go to bed. He said that they'd send someone out to clean if we wanted in the morning. Facilities comes a few minutes later and does fix our lights. I think the people who stayed in the room previously jumped on the bed and dislodged the plug of the lamps in addition to causing the lamp shades to go askew. Finally, we put on our pajamas and go to sleep and try not to think about our gross bathtub. After 11 p.m., there is loud knocking at our door even though we have the privacy light / sign on. Housekeeping decided it would finally be a good time to clean our bathtub. We told them to no thank you as were trying to sleep. In the morning, when we had good morning light, we also found pistachio shells on the ground, food crumbs on the chair, and other hair that wasn't ours on the carpet of our floor. When I let the front desk know about all our unfortunate experiences and dirty room in the morning, they apologized and comped our $50 daily resort fee and $18 parking. And agreed to a late checkout for our afternoon flight. However, we didn't want to spend anymore time in our gross room, so we changed our flight to leave earlier. 5 star hotel? Not so much.

What a great place!!! The staff from room attention to each and every restaurant were professional, friendly and helpful. Our room on the 20th floor with Strip view was phenomenal. All restaurants, shops, casino, etc. were VERY CLEAN. We look forward to staying again at the Aria!!!!

I was SUPER nervous to have a vow renewal and someone else take care of things for me, but Brittany and her team pulled it off, No question was left unanswered and for that I'm grateful she took a TON off of my shoulders. The executive suite was AMAZING and the view (speechless). All the things this resort has is great for everyone... Getting family and friends to and from the airport was easy. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

To start from the beginning, parking is very far from the lobby. Expect to do a lot of walking to and from the parking lot. We checked in after a late flight and were surprised at how long it took to check in at 11:30pm. It took us almost 45 minutes to complete check-in. There were not enough people working. Although it was nice they upgraded us to a strip view room the duvet cover was very damp when we checked in. A pair of socks was left from previous guests, and we found a bra under the nightstand. As with everything else in Vegas, food and drink were ridiculously overpriced. We ate at the Blossom and the food was incredible. I would highly recommend eating there, but I don't know if we would stay at the Aria again, given the lack of cleanliness of the room.
